How Speed Dating Works Before the Speed Dating event Once your booking has been made via Chinese Speed Dates fully secure website, you will receive an email booking confirmation detailing the location & description of the venue, together with an explanation of how the evening runs. If you have any questions or are a bit nervous on the evening, don't worry - remember everyone’s in the same position! When you arrive at the Speed Dating event Chinese Speed Dates events are the best way to meet like-minded singles.When you arrive at one of our events, you will be greeted by our friendly hosts, who will register you in to the event and give you a scorecard, a name badge and a pen, then invite you to have a drink at the bar. Once everyone has arrived, the host will explain how speed dating works and answer any questions. During the Speed Dating event Then the dating begins. At Chinese Speed Dates event, guests have between 14 to 25 face-to-face 4 minute “dates” with like-minded single people. Each woman is seated at the table which corresponds to their badge number. The men then start their first date with the lady who has the same badge number as themselves. Usually women will stay seated while men will rotate every 4 minutes when the bell rings. 4 minutes to impress and be impressed!
